Data processed

When you contact ResinLove by email or WhatsApp, the data processed may include your name, contact details, location, project information, photographs and anything else you choose to send. During browsing, the technical provider may process IP address, device information and logs needed to deliver and protect the website.

Initial-consultation form

Details typed into the form remain in your browser and are used only to compose a message. The website does not send them to a database or retain a copy. Data is transferred only if you continue to WhatsApp and confirm that the message should be sent.

Purposes and legal bases

Data is used to answer enquiries, assess projects, prepare proposals and manage any resulting professional relationship. Processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and, for security and protection of the business, the controller’s legitimate interests.

Providing and retaining data

Providing data is voluntary, but ResinLove may be unable to answer or assess an enquiry without the necessary information. If no professional relationship begins, communications are generally retained for up to 12 months after the last contact. Contractual, administrative and tax documents are retained for the periods required by law, normally 10 years, and may be kept longer where a dispute arises.

Recipients and external services

Data may be processed by technical providers and professional advisers working for ResinLove, only as necessary and under appropriate instructions. When you choose WhatsApp, email or a link to Google, Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn, you also interact with that provider under its own privacy notice. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using safeguards available under applicable law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, or object to processing, by writing to design@resinlove.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

ResinLove does not use profiling cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or embedded social content or maps. The hosting service may use strictly technical cookies or tools required for operation and security; these do not require consent. The current configuration therefore does not display a banner. If non-technical tools are added in future, consent will be requested before they are activated.
